Research Financial Reports

There are two excel-based financial reports to help you manage your award(s) and track awarded research activity in the PantherSoft system:

1. The Project Financial Report

Generates within six tabs of one excel file a comprehensive amount of information about a project ID including a Project Summary, a Payroll Detail, a Expenditure Detail, and a Procard Detail Sheet.

The Project Financial Report is created centrally for all active projects on a monthly basis and placed on the FIU Research Intranet site.  Click here to access the Project Financial Reports on the FIU Research Intranet site

2. The Departmental Research Summary Report

The Departmental Research Summary Report generates a summary of research financial activity (a row for each Project ID) within a PantherSoft organization (Department ID). There are multiple columns of information for research financial activity since the implementation of PantherSoft for Grants Financial Management in July 2009.
