What is the Mini I-Corps Program?
The Mini I-Corps program is a short 5 week program that will meet once a week every Friday from 11am to 3 pm. It is a shortened version of the NSF I-Corps Program. The program will be led by trainers from University of Central Florida’s NSF I-Corps Site program.
Tentative Schedule
Week 1: (Pre-class workshop): Customer Discovery and Role Playing, How to use Lean Launchpad system. 10-15 Customer Interviews..
Week 2: (Class 1): Business Model Canvas / Customer Discovery. 10-15 Customer Interviews.
Week 3: (Class 2): Value Proposition, 10-15 Customer Interviews.
Week 4: (Class 3): Customer Segments / Product Market Fit. No interviews, prepare final presentation/video time.
Week 5: Final presentations.

Is the entire team required to participate in all workshop days and on-site assignments?
Yes, every member of the team must be fully immersed in the process and committed to the time and tasks assigned.

How do I know my technology/idea will qualify for the mini I-Corps program?
- Project must be based on new, innovative, differentiating technology
- The project team must be formed around this technology
- Teams must fully commit to the time requirements and ground rules of the process
- Team members must be compatible as they will be immersed together during this project
- Your technology must have proven fundamental scientific principles
